World Expensive Wines

Shipwrecked 1907 Heidsieck - $275,000

These hundred or so season old containers of A bottle of champagne from the Heidsieck winery in A bottle of champagne took over four decades to arrive at their location. Delivered to the European Imperial loved ones in 1916, a shipwreck off the seacoast of Finland triggered this champagne to be missing at sea until plusieurs found over 200 containers in 1997. Now they are lastly being sold—to abundant visitors at the Ritz-Carlton resort in Moscow, at least. Of course, the wine’s amazing story and amazing age are what creates it the globe's most costly wines.
